Uxbridge Property Deeds Show Few Prices Recorded So Far This Period
The Worcester County Registry of Deeds recorded seven Uxbridge property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26. Only one carried a sale price so far, $447,000, recorded Aug. 31 for a transaction involving Keith and Lisa Spodek as grantors; the other six deeds, spanning Mendon Street, Turner Farm Road, Pinecrest Road, Blackstone Street, Summerfield Drive and Pond Street, had not yet posted prices. Several records list banks or mortgage entities among the parties. With pricing data limited to one transaction, the period's overall market tone cannot yet be assessed from price levels alone.
