Uxbridge deed filings show 13 transfers in a month, but only one discloses a sale price
Uxbridge recorded 13 property transactions with the Worcester County Registry of Deeds between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only one disclosed a sale price: $100,000 for 66 Douglas St., sold by Philip J. and Shannon L. Lambert to Milford Federal Bank. With price data missing from the other 12 records, no market-wide range or median can be calculated beyond that single figure. Hunter Road saw two transactions; no other street had more than one. Nine of the 13 filings listed a bank, credit union or mortgage company as a party, and two properties carried condominium unit numbers.
