Nine Uxbridge Deeds Recorded, but Pricing Data Remains Thin for Most
Nine property deeds were recorded in Uxbridge between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but pricing data has posted for only one so far: a $50,000 sale recorded Sept. 8 involving Citizens Bank NA as buyer. The other eight transfers, recorded Sept. 4 on Summerfield Drive, Rockmeadow Road, Deanna Drive, West Street, Old Elmdale Road, Elmwood Avenue, Granite Street and Albee Road, do not yet show sale prices. Several transfers list banks or mortgage entities among the parties. With price data available for just one of nine transactions, the period's overall market tone cannot yet be determined from this data.
