One of Eight Uxbridge Property Sales Discloses Price in Monthly Deed Review
Worcester County Registry of Deeds recorded eight Uxbridge property transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8, but only one, a condominium at 56 Taft Hill Lane, Unit 56, disclosed a sale price: $70,000, with sellers Bruce R. Maines and Jeanne F. Williams, as trustees, and buyer Unibank for Savings. The reported price range and median of $70,000 reflect that single sale, not the full set of transfers. Two deeds named North Main Street addresses, and two others listed Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. as a party. With price disclosed for just one of eight sales, the data does not support a broader read on market tone for the period.
